Most policies don't ask about it. Good poitn with insurance though, if you dont have health insurance a minor accident could put you in a financial hole for life. I bought a tramadic injury policy. If it's not real health insurance but if I get hurt on the bike it covers me. I think most motorcycle policies have some injury coverage but doesn't hurt to have more.

Neither my health insurance policy nor my life insurance policy has any language specifically mentioning riding a motorcycle or how riding a motorcycle would impact coverage. I'm not sure what you mean by "…riding a bike is harder and more dangerous." Harder and more dangerous than what? Taking a bath, skydiving, walking,….

Nope, if you got a more comprehensive policy they might ask you about such hobbies but not with regular life ins you get through employment.
