How can I get someone on a life insurance, I'm single.?
I read all the time about people getting millions of dollars on life insurance. Do I need to have the person's signature. How, by notary or witness. I will pay the monthly fee. She is sick and likes to party like hell meaning drinking everyday. Yes, I'm trying to get to get money w/o working and I'm not going to kill her. Do I need a lawyer?

The answer is you can't. She'd have to take out a life insurance policy on herself and name you the beneficiary, most policies aren't for millions they are for about $100,000. I took out insurance on myself and named my sister as the beneficiary. But I'll tell you now you'll be the first suspect they go after if she suddenly dies. Some life insurance companies do physicals before qualifying you, mine did.

You can't buy life insurance on somebody unless you have a vested interest in their life. So marry her, then you can buy life insurance on each other.

If she is sick, she won't be able to be insured, especially for a million. You don't have to marry the person, like another poster said. The person would have to name you as the beneficiary- good luck with that one when she knows what you are up to. I get free life insurance through work and my fiance is the beneficiary. He was the beneficiary when he was only a friend as well.
