What is the law concerning changes to life insurance policies?
I am trying to find the laws regarding whether life insurance policy changes require witness signatures and or notary seals. The situation deals with a death and a mysterious change in the policy.

The insurance company must have a copy of the change of beneficiary or they would not know who the new beneficiary is. Ask the insurance company for a copy of that change. Tell the insurance company you will be contracting the Department of Insurance to file a complaint. That may or may not work, but its worth a shot, so call and tell them that.Your situation is difficult and you may need an attorney.
