If you already have a diagnosis of HIV you will not be able to get Life Insurance, they look up medical info usually and not only that if you do get around it some how without them knowing it eventually when they do find out they will drop you…..they might even throw up questionable fraud if you dont tell them. I'm sorry, and I wish you the best of luck.

I work for one of the top life insurance companies in the country and we have Guaranteed Issue policies that require no underwriting. One of the questions on there has to do with HIV, of course it would not to hurt to apply for it. Worst that could happen is you could be denied, but at least you tried. not a damm place. it sucks that you have that disease but no insurance company will ever cover any person with an existant illness, and if you dont discloseit they will eventually find out how long you have had it and they will just drop you…
