Don't you just wish the 24/7 title was back,but ECW brand exclusive?Vince could put more guys into ECW and the show could be a lot more entertaining. Besides,ECW only has 1 title,I think they need at least 1 more. Would this be a bad idea if Vince brought it back?

Thhey won't bring it back, although I really wish they would. The reason that there is only one title is because most of the wrestlers win titles on other brands. For example, Miz and Morrison have the tag titles. ECW is only around right now to keep guys conditioned while they aren't on Raw or SmackDown.

No, it's a fun idea, but again I think a lot of fans are looking for new innovative ideas, not bringing back old ones. Isn't the Edge – Vicki female boss marries the WHC skit enough. What next Katie Vick. Please no!
But a secondary title seems to be good idea. Maybe X-Division or Cruiserweight style rules. ECW always seems to have the Tag belts.

Totallyy. The hardcore title was always changing hands and bought good storylines as well.

There were rumours a couple of months ago, that the WWE would bring back the Hardcore title on ECW & re-introduce it as the Extreme Rules Championship. But, there hasn't been any more news about this since then.
