Help with golf course food and beverage menu?
Next spring I am taking over the food and beverage department at the local golf course. I am looking for some help with food and/or drink ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated. Just let me know something that stuck out on the food or drink menu the last time you went golfing and maybe I can incorporate it into our new menu! Thanks.

A course I played recently had small hamburgers (the size of Krystal or White Castle) served with fries. The burgers were called "bogey bites,' which I thought was a pretty clever name. They were small, easy to eat in the cart, and something other than the normal hot dog or cold sandwich. Good luck!
