Im moving to europe and i hear they love playing soccer( im moving to turkey) so i need some training tips!?

ok guys im moving this summer (in 4-5 months) to turkey. I hear they LOVE soccer. im not so bad but i want to know how i can prepare for this like can u gimme a training schedule or somtin' anything that will help me. I do not have access to a gym, weights, pull up bar, etc.
i do have access to a track to run around, some kids to play with, my moms cooking, etc. so please help me ( im only 11 so i dont want anything that will stunt my growth but maybe help improve my muscles and speed)

If u are going to play for a club then they should have what you are looking for. Sign up and try out for a local soccer club and you will get what you are looking for. Train your legs and make sure u run a lot to have great endurance.

Well, you should really focus on running and by that I mean endurance running. The rest of the world is generally in much better shape than your typical American. Work on your juggling skills to improve your ball control, and try to jog a few miles per day.

If you'd like to improve your muscles, eat lean protein. The best food I can suggest is fish (primarily tuna) and chicken because these are great sources of animal protein that is low-fat. Pork and beef is generally a bit more fatty. Though this is great for building muscle, you'll need to eat a significant amount of carbs to run long distances and to build up a good metabolism.

Play pickup games with your friends as well. You'll gain a lot of "soccer sense" or general intelligence with how the game is played best. It will also keep your skills sharp and help you from losing your touch on the ball. If you need any more advice, I'd love to help. There are also some great websites out there that will help improve your game. I've played my whole life, was captain of my high school team, and I've coached several teams as well. Good luck with the training, and show those Turks that Americans can play too!
