There really isn't a best driver, it all depends on the player's swing and power. I have tried all the big name clubs – Calloway, titleist, Nike, Mizuno, Taylor made – and I found that I play no better with them. I actually saw a driver I liked made by Northwestern; not a big name in golf by any means, but I liked it and consistantly hit the ball further from drivers to irons. So really, you can spend all the money you want, but you don't need to donate a lung to have a better golf game. You have to try each one and see which one works to the style of your game.I will say though, I did like the Taylor made r7 425, but not as much as my northwestern

Kocent,I agree with Scambler.one step first go to a Golf Gallaxcy if u have one close by.Try all the drivers u mentioned and add a Cobra at the end.If U fight keeping it staight try an Off-Set Driver. They realy help.Hope this helps.Keep it fun and hit them straight.Ben

Taylormade r5 type D or Type N. It's last years technology and it only cost around $150. I bought it a couple of months ago and love it.

The best one is the one you hit the best. I bought a Titleist 975J at my local shop in the used club bin for $20.00 and I hit it better than any driver I have ever owned, and I've been through several hundred different clubs in my life. Don't think you have to buy a top of the line driver to play your best golf. If you like the r-7, look at the adams redline. It has the adjustable weights like the Taylor Made and you can find them at half the price. As always, let a pro look at your swing and suggest some options for you. Best of luck and keep it in the fairway.

I suggest thay you buy a Titleist brand. It's a very good club and you can buy one for less than $250.

I have a Rapture driver and a Callaway x460 one too.But the driver that i hit as far as i ever have is the Nickent Genex Driver. Its very forgiving and its nice to step up to the tee knowing your shot,at worst, will be 240yrds somewhere around the fairway. They are only about 240 euro as well.

have you tried the hibore….which is at most $150….i mean it has a odd looking shape….but i tried it out and fell in love with……i would probably say the sasquatch out of those three…..but if you don't like the bigger heads i would suggest the TM….because it is a 425cc….but try the hibore if you get a chance….good luck!

John Daly makes a driver you can buy at Walmart for like $50, never hit it but it doesn't look like a bad club for that price.
