What you should do is go to Golf Galaxy or ***** Sporting Goods, or any golf store and get properly fitted for golf clubs. They can get your exact right height, shafts for your swing speed, and even match you with the perfect set. Hope it goes well! Source(s): Personal Experience

If you are just starting I would suggest that you consult a good sporting goods store , golf shop or pro shop which has competent personnel to help you make the decision. Ask some of your golfer friends for their input.
