So long as it is just soreness, I wouldn't worry about it. My back will get sore under similar circumstances and I'm only 27…I'm sorry, I don't know how old you are. One thing that has started to help is that I've incorporated back exercises (like back extensions and superman exercises) into my work out. If you work out try doing an equal amount of back exercises for sit-ups or crunches that you may do. If you don't work out you can always try stretching your back. You can do this by simply hanging from a bar or laying flat on the floor and pulling your knees (one at a time or both together) to your chest and holding for a while. Hope this helps.

Do as much pull-ups as you can EACH day. This should loosen the tension on your back.

Naproxen sodium (Alleve) is good. So is Advil. You could see a doctor – only a doctor can determine if you're damaging your back (which you probably are) and if so, to what extent and how to best treat it.

G'day Benneee !,.,…….watchout for the shonks Benneee, you're a prime sounding candidate for the 'alternative mobs' to start fleecing ya !And that definitely includes the Chiropractors !….every time a Chiro sez to a "victim of pain" after a session…………."do you feel better ?"……..most people feel obliged to say yes, then agree to book another 'session'When you get home, and start to feel a bit bashed and and battered, Mr Chiroman, will always tell you, "That's normal, after about 10 appointments you'll really see the benefits….etc, etc !"Auzziegob's very best suggestion is to see a very well qualified Neurosurgeon or Nerve Specialist who wont be just after your dosh !If SPECIALIST Medicos can't fix you up(and that might well be the case,.,.,………..it's called bad luck !),,,,,NO shonky late night T V scammers will be able too either, except steal ya cash !Best of luck Benneee !
